If your AI needs human approval every time…

I see this constantly:
AI scores
AI insights
AI recommendations
And then… a human approves everything.
That doesn’t scale.
That doesn’t speed anything up.
That doesn’t change outcomes.
Real AI value starts when:
Low-risk decisions are automated
Humans handle exceptions
Accountability is clearly defined
If nothing is allowed to move without a person clicking “approve,” AI will always disappoint.
