I’m a Thought Provoking Motivational CoachTM, and the published author of the book “Supercharge Your Motivation and Performance”. My area of focus is motivating people to achieve very specific goals while increasing their self-esteem and confidence.
One of the things that thrills me even more than achieving my own goals is witnessing people go after what is important for them and making it happen. When I’m part of the process and I know that I have contributed to people’s success, then that is the greatest reward I can get.

I’m in my mid-forties, and my certification is the wealth of life experiences I have had that simply cannot be taught at school or in a class. b) Defining your goal, what exactly you want to accomplish, and by when (your goal needs to be crystal clear)
c) Creating just for you a custom action plan that makes sense and is achievable.
d) Executing your plan with my support and guidance.
e) Evaluating your plan and adjusting when needed. My support is offered online via live video chats, by phone and by email.
